About us
We are so much more than what our physical senses perceive and our material reality presents itself.
Everything is energy and each thing we give a name to carries the intention we put behind and with our work it could not be any different.
Learning, practicing and embodying a particular tradition or modality. Eventually, letting go and surrendering to that which is beyond the form. Guiding through this infinite process of growth is what we do. And all that is only possible with the Highest and Greatest creation that supports us all.
SHUHARI: A Japanese term that honours our common Nipponese ancestry and describes the stages of self-mastery and inspires our work with Energy Healing:
- SHU (守): “Fundamentals”
- HA (破): “Innovation”
- RI (離): “Transcendence”
Combined with this purpose, as a couple we bring the sacred masculine and feminine energies celebrating our differences and finding balance within.

We are now currently based in Portugal but also offering courses and sessions twice a year in Brazil.

Fran Stela
Japanese Brazilian, born and raised in Brazil, lived in Japan, Panama, Germany, China and now Portugal.
Fran Stela works as an Energy Healer and Teacher, using different techniques such as Channelling (mediumship), Readings, Tarot, Healing Board and Palmistry.
She has been working with Spirituality and Healings for over 15 years and each healing she witnesses is also a healing to herself.
People in grief, depression, feeling lost in their psychic abilities or people who want to reconnect with their loved deceased ones or guardian angels reach Stela out for a session.
She offers Healing Board and Energetic Connections (Intuition and Sensitivity) courses, for anyone who wants to get to know more about your own gift.
We are all here to grow and evolve as an individual and as a group. The way we do it can be very harsh and painful or it can be easy and light. And this is how I encourage people to live their lives, learning through the path of Love.

Gregor Tavares
Gregor holds space for his clients and students with grounded presence and gentle tenderness, inviting physical, emotional and mental energies to work together toward accessing our innate spiritual wisdom and our full embodiment.
As a Certified Enneagram Coach, Reiki Master Teacher and Tai Chi Instructor, he coaches, teaches and facilitates sessions, classes and retreats integrating the internal transformations with the external changes in our lives.
He previously worked in International Trade for over 12 years until facing a serious health issue, which forced him to suddenly quit his MBA, his corporate job, his martial arts practice, all at once.
This intense process led him to shift his path on Earth to his greater calling and also invite others to align with their own true self.
Coming from a multicultural background, being half Portuguese, half Japanese, born and raised in Brazil, he also lived in New Zealand, US, Panama and China, developing a wide and encompassing world-view through many healing modalities and spiritual traditions before deciding to make peace with his personality and choosing practical ways to share his multidimensionality with others.
He’s currently based in Lisbon with his wife and their children.
