I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the 3 enneagram coaching sessions with Gregor. They were very enlightening, and I was able to understand my personality, behaviors and patterns, and be able to look at it from an outsider view with kindness (and laughter at times :) ). The last session, I had a major breakthrough, and this is where I learned where I can move towards more balance in my life. I took the Reiki course with Gregor and it was wonderful the love and peace that he conveyed reverberates in my being. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my coaching sessions with Gregor were. In the period of about 6 months, I completely transformed as a person and my life has done a complete 180. Gregor took a very holistic approach and looked not just at my business endeavours and my goals as a manager (at the time), but at my entire life–all the big areas that are important to me. I’d never worked with a coach before, so didn’t know what to expect, but he really helped me to be challenged and pull from within me what was waiting inside. Now I have more clarity about the direction to go, have relaunched my former publishing firm, and have some solid financial plans in place. Highly recommend Gregor if you’re looking for a coach who cares and wants the best for you. Truly one of the best personal and business investments I’ve ever made!

I attended today’s class and wow it was amazing. It was lots of fun, and Gregor was patient and supportive with me and all the other students. I can highly recommend his classes. I will come again, that is for sure!

Fran and Gregor are excellent therapists with a holistic approach, they facilitate healing through the many tools they use, in a very loving and accessible way. All my life I’ve been very sensitive and empathic. Most of the time I saw this as a curse, because I didn’t know how to reign in my energy or protect myself from overloading or draining. Very often I chose to close off and dismiss my power instead. Stela’s course was exactly what I needed.
